On Saturday, September 14, 2024, the IK Mata family of Universitas Udayana held a spiritual activity consisting of a Group Prayer and Purification Ritual at Tirta Empul Temple, Tampaksiring, Gianyar. The event was conducted in a solemn and harmonious atmosphere.

This activity served as an important moment for all IK Mata members to strengthen their bonds of camaraderie. Additionally, it aimed to seek blessings, health, and well-being as they carry out their duties in ophthalmology services and education.

“Activities like this reflect the unity and harmony that we uphold in the IK Mata family of Universitas Udayana. May these values continue to guide us moving forward,” said one of the prayer participants.

Tirta Empul Temple was chosen as the venue due to its uniqueness and sacredness in Balinese traditions. The holy water flowing in the temple is believed to possess positive energy that purifies both body and soul. The purification ritual was carried out with heartfelt gratitude and sincerity.

Through this event, it is hoped that all members of the IK Mata family will grow stronger in fulfilling their duties and be blessed with the strength to provide the best service to the community.
