1. Care Provider
Graduates of the Ophthalmology Study Program are able to provide optimal eye health services to patients and are based on a sense of care. These services include services for physical, psychological, social, cultural and national and international standards according to their scientific fields.
2. Communicator
Graduates of the Ophthalmology Study Program are able to establish good medical communication between individuals, both with patients, patients' families, communities, paramedics and colleagues in providing health services.
3. Decision maker
Graduates of the Ophthalmology Study Program become quick, precise and best decision makers for the safety and security of patients. When faced with a difficult choice and limited facilities and infrastructure, the decisions taken still take into account social, spiritual and cultural aspects.
4. Manager
Graduates of the Ophthalmology Study Program have managerial skills so that they are able to manage a constructive multidisciplinary cooperation system in determining the best medical decisions for individuals, communities and institutions.

Graduates of the Ophthalmology Study Program have the ability to work together in a team and have a good leadership spirit.
