MOU Signing Ceremony of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah General Hospital, Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, and Lions Eye Institute

On Thursday, August 10th of 2023, MOU signing ceremony was held from Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital, Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, and Lions Eye Institute at Werkudara Hall Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital Bali. The event was attended by representatives from each institution, including dr. Yuniti, M.M as a Director of Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, Prof. Dr I Putu Gede Adiatmika, M.Kes, as representative of Rector of Udayana University, Dr. dr. Ketut Ariawati, Sp.A(K) as a representative of President Director of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital, and Professor William Huxley Morgan, MBBS, PhD, FRANZCO as a Managing Director of the Lions Eye Institute. The event began with a lecture and discussion session about “Understanding Visual Fields in Glaucoma” by Professor William Huxley Morgan, MBBS, PhD, FRANZCO. The second session was the speeches from each representative followed by the signing of the MOU. After the signing was done, the final event was the presentation and material discussion by an Ophthalmology Resident from Lions Eye Institute about a case report of “GDD Implant on Pediatric”. Ophthalmology Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University was always looking forward to arrange more cooperation agreements with other national or international institutions in various fields, to support the quality of ophthalmology education programs and to improve the quality of the students.
