Gathering of Ophthalmology Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University 2023

On Sunday, April 30^th 2023 a Gathering for Ophthalmology Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, was held at the Hard Rock Cafe, Kuta Bali. This event is a form of gratitude for the Ophthalmology Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University for successfully holding several activities, including Accreditation of Ophthalmology Study Program in 2022, Micro Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS) Symposium, and International Ophthalmology Symposium Bali (IOSB) 2023. This event was attended by Dean of Faculty of Medicine Udayana University Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes and Deputy Dean I Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K), and both of them gave congratulation remarks on completing all those events. It is hoped that in the future the Ophthalmology Study Program will soon be able to produce professors, in order to maintain continuity as a study program with Excellent (“Unggul”) accreditation. He also expressed his deepest gratitude to the Ophthalmology Study Program for applying “Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi” through its programs.

At this event also had the opportunity to attend dr. Cokorda Wife Dewiyani Pemayun, Sp.M(K) as Chairman of the Bali Branch of PERDAMI, dr. I Putu Rustama Putra, Sp.M as Chairman of KAMAYA (Alumni of Ophthalmology Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University), Mr. I Gede Bingin as Chairman of the John Fawcett Foundation, Dr. dr. I Wayan Gede Jayanegara, Sp.M(K) as Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology Faculty of Medicine Udayana University/RSUP Prof. Dr. IGNG Ngoerah Denpasar, Prof. dr. N. K. Niti Susila, Sp.M(K), lecturer staff, another staff, and all the residents of Ophthalmology Study Program, 

The event was carried out by also featuring entertainment from staff and residents, such as dancing, singing, games, and band performances. This event was held successfully and gave a pleasant impression to all parties present.
