Farewell and Welcome Event of Ophthalmology Study Program Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University 2023

On Saturday, April 8^th 2023, the Ophthalmology Study Program Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held an event, farewell of the new ophthalmologists and welcome event for the new residents. The event was held at Renoma Garden Cafe, Renon, starting at 4 P.M. The new ophthalmologists were two people, namely dr. Ni Luh Putu Wistya Eka Mahadewi, Sp.M and dr. I Made Dwi Surya Wibawa, Sp.M, and introducing the new residents even batch year 2022/2023, namely dr. Anak Agung Putri Satwika, dr. Kristian Dernitra, dr. Jelly Vianti Fransisca Oeiyano, dr. Ayu Diah Permatasari, dr. I Gusti Ngurah Dhyana Yoga, and dr. Iska Novi Udayani.

The event began with welcoming speeches, then continued with the pinning of the graduation sash to the new ophthalmologist and handing over souvenirs from them to Ophthalmology Study Program. After that, the introduction of the new residents was carried out with a symbolic embedding in the form of a red resident pin and a doctor coat followed by a speech from the captain, namely dr. I Gusti Ngurah Dhyana Yoga. The event continued with performances from residents and staff, presented in the form of dancing, singing, video screenings, also quizzes and games. This event went smoothly until the end of the event.
